After trying several brands of Helmet Cameras over the years, I have to say the Adrenaline Systems brand is the best I have tried so far.
I ride both MTB and road cycles and like to record video of travels as well as local hunts.
What I like the most of their Bike Head kit is that you can mount it on your head as well as on most surfaces on your bike; like your handlebar or seat tube.
I have gotten the best scenes while mounted on the bike itself rather than on my head.
As far as ease of use is concerned, I just plug it into my camcorder. Really no complicated stuf

I just got their Bike Head kit and am thinking of upgrading soon.
