Problems with Continental Sprinter tires?

I've had the valve loosen in four Conti Sprinter tubular tires recently, one pulling completely out and the other three creating slow leaks rendering the tire useless.
Has anyone else had similar problems with these tires?
Thanks

i've had a few problems with these valves, are you using valve extensions? because this seems to make them even worse! They always go flat when you really dont need it (ie: during a time trial or in the pouring rain.
I eventually fixed it with a tiny bit of thread lock (loctite) and they 've been great since.
