Of course Armstrong doped, but can it be proved? Yes, I think. How you ask? Easy, I say.
Step 1: Re-test 99 samples from Tour, as French have suggested.
2. Have all Testers then, and now submit to polygraph tests administered by at least three agencies.
3. Have Armstrong submit to polygraph test administered by at least three agencies.

You will have your answer! Will Armstrong submit to this testing? NO way...He would get nailed to the cross if he did

BTW, how do you all think last years winner won the tour??? He put his own blood back in...

To be fair, you'd have to test all competitors of the same race so they all would be judged equally. Lance may still come out on top. I hate this doping problem. I just want people to succeed because they train and have ability! Cyclists seem to be under this scrutiny move than other athletes, (baseball an exception at least one yr.). Maybe its a great thing cycle pros. are under the microscope.

It's amazing how people assume that someone who achieves great things in sports has to be a doper. Sometimes hard work pays off (and good genetics) which is something that generation X doesn't understand. There seems to be a inverse relationship to ones own drive and commitment to hard work and their believing that someone has to be a doper.

I agree with Scott1962, why is everyone so bitter against Lance, oh wait I remember because he kicked everyone's butt and did it seven times straight...Did he ever test positive no...so you all can speculate all you like but the truth is there is no evidence because he did not commit the crime...
