needs some fact-checking.

Jimmy Casper didn't win the Lanterne Rouge for 3 straight years.
He didn't even do it 2 years in a row.
He did it in 2001 and 2004.

In 2006 he was the penultimate rider.
Wim Vansevenant, the Belgian rider on Davitamon-Lotto, was the Lanterne Rouge in 2006.
