Two weeks till the Tour DE Tucson 109 mile race and my knee is killing me.
It came on very slowly, starting as just a little soreness. Hardly worth thinking about. Gradually, ever so, it became more and more of a pain. Yesterday without any exersize at all it's really hurting. The right knee, inside. I iced it and it felt good till I took off the ice and then wow. I got into the hot tub and that seemed to feel better. It's now in a stablizer, and it seems to help. Any ideas??

Tell me about it. I started to get this pain on the bottom of my foot, and dont know how in the heck. Saw the doctor, says it might be the sesamoid on the bottom of the ball of the foot, from applying too much pressure?? cant even walk now. so annoying, and I was gearing up to start on key biscayne in miami.
