My other thread was rides in general. Now I'm trying for us to be descriptive about our rides. I hope to generate an almost daily response thread to help keep intrest and maybe encourage to find a develope more routes. They don't have to be long rides.
Mine for today; A short ride as I had an eve. appt. I rode through my neighborhood giving the start with several turns to a straight away of about 1/3 mile. Back through the secton to a flat run of about 1/2 mile to a 1/3 mile incline of about 3-4%. At the top it turns and the decline is about 3% to a flat run and then a turn to about a 1/2 mile straight away then back into the section for some turns and conclusion. A little more than 3 miles but a nice route to sprint train.

I ride 16 miles a day in Fairfax from Fair Oaks Mall area to NVCC and back. This is Monday-Friday. I'm only 2 weeks in to this routine. I'll be continuing for another 14 weeks. This is on a single speed fixie with 26" tires and a 32/16 tooth combo.
