My knees are feeling sore on the inside of the leg (laterally - near the top tube). It's just above and to the right side of the left knee and to the left side of the right knee. I'm wondering if this is a cleat adjustment issue or a seat adjustment issue. During winter training, I've also worked a little at form: moving knees toward top tube of frame and working on the 11:00 to 2:00 portion of the pedal stroke. Maybe that's all it is. Thoughts?
I had the same thing two weeks ago after I re-set my cleats. I set them back to a little "pigeon toed" and knees felt better the next ride and were ok after two rides.

I have found that my knees get sloppy on climbs. Maybe you should take note of form when you are working hard and not usually paying attention. It probably doesn't take much to strain the knee ligaments.
