Hey All,
I've just started riding again after about 2 years off due to a very bad wreck. I've been having more fun than ever. I want to get better, can anyone steer me twards a source of info (book or website)about training?

Thanks for any info,
Chip

Hello,
Sorry for my bad Englisch, i'm Flemisch.
A good base for training organisation is the website of Polar U.S.A.
I'm using a Polar S 725 P for my training and it gives me complete satisfaction.
Kind Regards from Belgium
Robert
