I've seen excellent training manuels at Barnes and Noble. Several books with different criterea for the ride your gearing up for. That 3 century/3 days will be quite a challenge! Best to you on it!

Conan- Me and some cousins ride 300 miles over 3 days each memorial weekend. The key is to start training early in the year. Then ride often and vary the miles each trip. I would suggest at least 2 to 3 longer rides of at least 75 miles before you head out. Then minimize your riding to short distance easy spins for about five days prior to your trek. We consume allot of calories over the trip and stay in hotels along the way. We carry small paniers for rain gear and cold weather clothing. Let me know if you want any other info. Peace.
