Hi I wonder if someone could help me with the following. I have started road racing this year and feel quite strong in the pack. I try to break but am not strong enough to hold it. Also in the finishing sprints I don't seem to finish required. I generally beat my teammates on a sunday ride sprint, but that is from slow to fast. Over 100 yards. I need to train going from fast pace to sprint to maximum from that point. How would I achieve this?
